• Prototype to inform design decisions before full specs are written.
• Lead product strategy within your domain and connect metrics to design choices.
• Build an evaluation layer for AI features with clear test criteria.
• Mentor and uplift the team with patterns and shared standards.
• Maintain design system as a knowledge layer accessible to engineers and AI tools.
