Job summary

Kerry Consulting is helping a leading FMCG organisation recruit an AI Platform Lead to drive enterprise AI architecture and the delivery of production-grade AI solutions. The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on delivery, guiding GenAI, RAG and agentic workflows across front-, middle- and back-office teams.

You will lead AI Platform and Applied AI engineers, set standards for MLOps/LLMOps, and partner with cybersecurity and legal to embed governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years in enterprise software, data engineering or architecture.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML at scale and leading technical delivery teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define target enterprise AI architecture and roadmap with guardrails across data, models and infrastructure.
• Lead AI Platform and Applied AI engineers from concept to production; ensure high engineering quality and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with Data, Automation, Integration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Business teams to build AI-ready platforms.
