Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks a Senior Executive to join the AI Lab, bridging mathematics, statistics, and computer science to extract actionable insights from healthcare data and translate them into clinical outcomes.

You will own end-to-end data science work—from data sourcing and cleaning to preprocessing, modeling, deployment and visualization—collaborating with clinicians, engineers, and stakeholders to translate data into impact.

Qualifications

• End-to-end data science or ML solution development experience.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or clinical systems is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable data science pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation.
• Extract, clean, preprocess and transform large raw data into structured datasets with quality controls.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
• Apply statistical methods to support decision-making.
