Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd (Singapore) is seeking a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer to lead enterprise AI platform initiatives. You will collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to productionise AI products on on-prem and cloud platforms, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure and compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with AI platforms, DevSecOps, MLOps, and container-based deployments, plus experience with IAM and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building enterprise Data Science and AI platforms on AWS or on-premises.
• Experience with DevSecOps, MLOps and/or LLMOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI, container services, and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with IaC, automation, and Python tech stacks.
• Experience with IAM and monitoring/observability tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within the assigned practice to meet platform availability and resilience requirements.
• Translate business requirements into platform infrastructure designs.
• Design, deploy, and configure resilient, secure AI infrastructure with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and enterprise policies.
• Act as the point of contact for new AI product initiatives and performance testing.
• Manage AI platform operations and address queries from Data Scientists and PMs.
• Improve runbooks and SOPs and adhere to compliance mandates.
• Enhance AI platform experience through new features and automation.
• Develop reusable services to simplify product development and operations.
• Assist in AI platform design reviews and security improvements.
• Onboard hosting environments by configuring required infrastructure and tests.
• Oversee architecture, resource planning, and hosting across servers, OS, and containers.
