Zusammenfassung

UST Prism, our AI Governance platform, seeks a senior tech leader to own the architecture and core development of the platform. You will build AI, LLM, and agent-based capabilities, delivering end-to-end product experiences and integrations with enterprise systems.

Lead cloud and on‑premise deployments while enforcing enterprise-grade security and IAM. You will partner with customers on technical implementations and influence the product roadmap with leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 5-8 years in enterprise software/product engineering.
• 3-5+ years working with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI platforms.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and full-stack product development.
• Hands-on cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security/IAM.
• Experience leading technical implementations with enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, security, and IAM.
• Ability to operate independently and drive technical decisions.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex business environments.
