Job summary

UST Global, via its UST Prism AI Governance platform, seeks a seasoned software architect to help build the next generation of secure, enterprise-ready AI solutions.

You will own the architecture and core development of the platform, build AI/LLM capabilities, design end-to-end product experiences, and drive cloud and on-premise deployments with strong security/IAM. You will collaborate with customers and Product Leadership to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 5-8 years in enterprise software/product engineering.
• 3-5+ years working with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI platforms.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and full-stack product development.
• Hands-on cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security/IAM.
• Experience leading technical implementations with enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, security, and IAM.
• Ability to operate independently and drive technical decisions.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex business environments.
