Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Product Leader for Prism, our AI governance platform, to shape the roadmap for enterprise AI governance. You will translate regulatory requirements into product features and partner with engineering to deliver regulator-aligned capabilities, with exposure to EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001.

This role demands executive stakeholder engagement and the ability to bridge business, regulatory, and technical needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall experience in product leadership
• 3-5+ years exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, or AI-enabled products
• Strong experience with enterprise customers, governance, compliance, risk, or regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prism
• Lead customer discovery and translate insights into product features
• Translate regulatory requirements into product features (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)
• Partner with engineering to define and prioritize AI/LLM and agent-based capabilities
• Map product capabilities to real-world governance workflows
• Shape product experience and drive customer adoption
• Support strategic customer engagements and implementations

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of overall experience, including:
• 7-10+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Leadership
• 3-5+ years exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, or AI-enabled products
• Strong experience working with enterprise customers, governance, compliance, risk, or regulated environments.
• Proven experience building enterprise software or AI-driven products
• Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and enterprise AI adoption
• Experience leading customer discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
• Ability to bridge business, regulatory, and technical requirements
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prism
• Lead customer discovery and translate insights into impactful product features.
• Act as the domain authority on AI governance and the regulatory frameworks that shape it (for example the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001), translating requirements into product features.
• Partner with engineering to define and prioritize AI, LLM, and agent-based capabilities
• Map product capabilities to real-world enterprise governance and approval workflows
• Shape product experience and drive customer adoption
• Support strategic customer engagements and implementations
