This role covers end-to-end ownership from model decisions to infrastructure, building agentic AI systems, and integrating LLMs with tools and data to solve complex gene pathways and experimental analysis challenges. Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent-based systems.
• Experience shipping production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AI infrastructure and related pipelines.
• Build scalable inference and data pipelines for production.
• Lead DevOps practices, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), and monitoring.
• Own end-to-end AI systems from prototyping to deployment and scaling.
• Architect multi-agent workflows and tool orchestration.
