Job summary

SimplifyNext in Singapore is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to translate business problems into deployable AI models, generative workflows, and automation components across ASEAN.

You will work with consultants and architects to build prototypes, fine-tune models, deploy on AWS/GCP/Azure, and deliver end-to-end solutions from data prep to production, with emphasis on collaboration and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–10+ years of AI development experience.
• Strong Python development experience and knowledge of ML fundamentals.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or HuggingFace.

Responsibilities

• Build and train ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Experiment with generative AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows).
• Develop reusable AI components and microservices for production use.
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms or containerised environments; monitor performance and iteratively improve.
• Collaborate with SMEs and clients; translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
