Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an AI/ML Specialist to design and implement advanced AI solutions addressing complex business challenges. You will collaborate across teams, leveraging machine learning, deep learning and emerging AI technologies to enhance products and drive innovation in customer experiences.

The role covers Generative AI, NLP, image/speech recognition, and time series forecasting, with responsibility for end-to-end lifecycle, cloud deployment,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (CS/Engineering/Math).
• Proven research ability; publications/patents a plus.
• Extensive experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Expertise in Generative AI, DL, NLP, RL, recommender systems or time series.
• Hands-on with Airflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, TF, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong Python/Java/Scala/Julia skills; modern IDE proficiency.
• Solid agile background; leadership in projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• GCP/AWS cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI/ML expertise to build scalable solutions across Generative AI, personalization, image/speech recognition, NLP, recommendations, and time series.
• Lead the full lifecycle from problem identification to deployment of production-grade systems.
• Research and experiment with emerging ideas to solve business problems.
• Define deployment strategies for AI in cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Drive technical design reviews and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence.
• Contribute to business and technical forums influencing strategy.
