Job summary
USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software enginer to embed with business units, shape AI-powered workflows, and deliver production-grade solutions.
You will own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, balancing rapid prototyping with reliability. You will work with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GenAI toolchains (LangGraph, LangChain, n8n). Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production apps.
- Backend proficiency in Python, API design, asynchronous processing, integration patterns.
- Relational databases experience, preferably PostgreSQL, with data modeling and queries.
- GenAI and agentic systems experience using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS preferred, Bedrock/OpenSearch familiarity).
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Embed with business units to translate workflows into use cases and metrics.
- Prototype rapidly and validate with users, iterating with evidence.
- Design and implement AI workflows and agent-based solutions.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with secure data handling.
- Build data pipelines and ensure data quality and governance.
- Monitor quality, latency, and reliability; iterate prompts and tooling.
- Ensure production readiness, documentation, and handover to teams.
