Job summary

eteam workforce pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build enterprise-grade digital experiences, orchestrate AI agents, and deliver secure, scalable architectures.

You will translate data science pipelines into robust applications and collaborate with platform engineers to enable reliable, end-to-end workflows. The role emphasizes backend microservices, secure API design, and frontend experiences with modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of full-stack software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade digital products and scalable architectures.
• Experience in regulated industries (FinTech/InsurTech/HealthTech) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered microservices for specialized workflows.
• Engineer multi-agent orchestration layers to coordinate intents and interactions.
• Design secure API and integration layers connecting AI services with enterprise systems.
• Ensure reliable state management across distributed systems.
• Develop responsive web apps optimized for conversational AI experiences.
• Implement SSE and WebSockets streaming.
• Build human-in-the-loop workflows and dashboards.
• Deliver high-performance frontend experiences.
• Implement application-level guardrails and data filtering.
• Build observability and tracing for agent behavior and system performance.
• Ensure secure machine-to-machine communication and identity management.
• Support compliance and audit requirements through traceability and logging.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for code and AI agent behaviors.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Maintain application consistency across dev/staging/production.
• Partner with platform, DevOps, and engineering teams to improve software delivery processes.
