Job summary

KPMG Singapore is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Technical Business Analyst with AI exposure to transform financial services. You will translate complex business requirements into innovative AI-enabled solutions, support prototype development, and drive delivery with product and technology teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in BI/Analytics/AI projects, strong Power BI/Power Query skills, and experience working in financial institutions.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
3–4 years of experience in BI, Analytics or AI projects.
Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives that leverage AI and advanced technologies in financial services.
Analyse business problems, define requirements, and support technology delivery.
Develop user stories, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features.
Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption.
Prepare BA documentation, dashboards, and executive updates.
Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
