Job summary

Avanade invites a senior customer transformation lead for Avanade Next to shape how AI drives customer growth, engagement, and channels across sales, service and support, delivering measurable improvements in experience.

You will own the Customer Experience and Channels domain across APAC, lead executive workshops and client roundtables, and partner with Microsoft to co-create and win transformative opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer experience, digital channels, contact centre transformation, or customer-led consulting.
• CXO advisory experience with CXO leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, digital self-service and AI-enabled service models.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Experience & Channels domain across APAC.
• Lead AI-enabled customer growth, personalisation and channel strategy.
• Advise Boards and CXOs on engagement, loyalty, and operating efficiency.
• Partner to convert opportunities into signed work, including co-sell with Microsoft.
