Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior IT project manager to lead large-scale initiatives across AI, GenAI, data analytics, and data platform programs within banking and financial services.

You will define scope, manage budgets, and coordinate with regional stakeholders to deliver on time. The role requires 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and risk management.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of IT project management experience.
Experience leading large-scale IT projects.
Experience delivering AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform projects.
Experience in banking or financial services environments.
Experience managing regional and multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and resources.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with business, technology, risk, compliance, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, governance documents, and management updates.
Manage JIRA tasks, Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, and project follow-ups.
Support delivery of AI, GenAI, data analytics, and data platform initiatives.
Ensure governance, security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Manage vendor performance and project financials, including forecasting and cost tracking.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior project managers.
