Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead AI and data initiatives across APAC, driving structured planning, execution and delivery with strong governance.

You will coordinate multi-stakeholder teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals. In this role you will manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and ensure compliance with privacy, security and regulatory requirements in a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including AI/GenAI/Data analytics initiatives.
• Experience in banking/financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum) an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and leadership.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud platforms, data analytics and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI and Data projects across APAC.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates to leadership teams.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, and manage JIRA/Kanban boards.
• Ensure AI and Data solutions comply with data privacy, security, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements.
• Oversee vendor management, financial tracking, and resource planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
