Job summary

ACRA - Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager / Assistant Director to lead data analytics and AI initiatives for the Data and AI Platform. You will work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions that support regulatory and operational objectives.

As a senior individual contributor, you will design, test and deploy ML models, apply advanced analytics, and help plan platform releases while engaging

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science/AI/CS/Statistics/etc.
• Hands-on experience in data analytics, ML/AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with data libraries.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data analytics including data prep, exploration, modelling and visualisation.
• Design, develop and evaluate ML/AI models for regulatory and business use cases.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling, anomaly detection and NLP.
• Develop generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Manage model lifecycle from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
