Job summary

Elemynt, a startup by Xora Innovation, seeks an experienced engineer to build the foundational layer for all LLM-powered features. You will design agents, orchestrate sub-agents in a stateful framework, and ensure production-grade traceability and safety across tools and prompts.

You will work with multiple model providers, retrieval systems, and a robust guardrail strategy, enabling reliable long-running workflows in customers' environments. Singapore or US, on-site or hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years building and shipping production software, with real depth building LLM or agent systems in production.
• Strong Python and solid engineering practice: async code, typing, testing, modular design, and code review.

Responsibilities

• Build the provider abstraction for model providers across APIs and self-hosted endpoints with validation, retries, and cost tracking.
• Develop agent orchestration where planning agents dispatch specialized sub-agents with durable checkpoints and memory management.
• Implement human-in-the-loop checkpoints for high-stakes steps.
• Wrap platform capabilities as typed, registered tools used by agents.
• Design end-to-end retrieval: embeddings, chunking, hybrid search, and context assembly for model calls.
• Create the prompt layer with versioning, few-shot sets, and tracked reasoning.
