Job summary

Vertis is seeking an experienced AEM Developer-Enterprise Solutions to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You will build enterprise AEM components, templates, and integrations while collaborating with architects, developers, designers, and business teams to deliver high-quality platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on AEM development experience.
Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level AEM solutions.
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, development lifecycle, customization, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage technical challenges.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise development standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and functionalities.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM solutions for enterprise platforms.
Customize AEM capabilities using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and Adobe frameworks.
Develop and maintain reusable components and content models.
Integrate AEM with external systems, REST APIs, and enterprise apps.
Configure and optimize AEM performance, caching, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM issues across environments.
Collaborate with solution architects, backend/frontend developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Participate in design discussions and implementation planning.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and security guidelines.
Support deployments across DEV/QA/staging/production.
Contribute to continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
Stay updated with latest AEM features and cloud capabilities.
