Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and functionalities.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Customize AEM capabilities using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and Adobe frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and content models.
• Integrate AEM with external systems, REST APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Configure and optimize AEM performance, caching, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM issues across environments.
• Collaborate with solution architects, backend/frontend developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Participate in design discussions and implementation planning.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and security guidelines.
• Support deployments across DEV/QA/staging/production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
• Stay updated with latest AEM features and cloud capabilities.

• Customize and extend AEM capabilities using Java, Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL (Sightly), and Adobe frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, content models, and digital experience solutions.
• Integrate AEM with external systems, REST APIs, and enterprise applications to create seamless digital ecosystems.
• Configure and optimize AEM performance, including caching strategies, Dispatcher configurations, and scalability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with solution architects, backend developers, frontend developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Support application deployments across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.

Requirements and Qualification

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) certification is preferred.
