Senior Administrator II (Program) - (110060)
Job Responsibilities
Advanced Customer Liaison: Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their orders and forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals. Tracking of Demand waterfall chart, monitor on customer pull and ensure on time delivery (OTD).
Inventory Liability & Recovery: Driving the resolution of Excess & Obsolete (E&O) material issues by negotiating with customers to define material positioning and liability.
Financial Health & AR: Support PPL / Manager on price changes and to implement new pricing per agreed timeline and timely pricing update to the system. Monitor on Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure customer pay per due dates and cost recovery from customers on services rendered (eg, Overtime, PPV, etc).
Documentation & Change Leadership: Managing technical records including Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Return Material Authorizations (RMA), and sales order updates.
Cross‑functional Coordination: Collaborating with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to meet customer requirements and resolve technical issues.
Support internal and external audits.
Participate in Lean and LSS program.
General filing of correspondences between customers and plant.
Draw up quotations to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
