Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. in Singapore seeks a strategic Senior Ad Operations Specialist to scale our programmatic ad operations.

You will own end-to-end technical execution, testing, trafficking, and reporting across CM360, GAM, DV360, and other platforms to drive high-quality performance. You will optimize campaigns, ensure data integrity with UTM and tracking pixels, liaise with internal teams and partners, and set up new ad-tech vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Ad Operations or Ad Technology.
• Expert-level proficiency with CM360 and/or GAM.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and video tech.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own global daily operations in CM360/GAM, Facebook, and Demandbase.
• Lead QA for ad creatives (static, rich media, video, tags).
• Manage ad serving across publisher sites and tracking.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies and partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain master ad tags and tracking pixels across channels.
• Onboard and integrate new ad-tech vendors.
• Document scalable best practices for trafficking and naming conventions.
