Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage accounts payable reconciliation, general ledger entries, and monthly closes in a dynamic environment. You will ensure accurate coding to cost centers and GL accounts, and support ongoing reconciliation processes.

You will also assist internal and external audits, contribute to new processes and system implementations, and handle ad-hoc duties as required, delivering reliable financial information for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; audit experience advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with good problem solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: reconcile supplier statements, AP aging, AP accruals and open purchase orders.
• General Ledger: manage journals, prepayments, accruals and monthly reports.
• General: assist audits, support new processes and system implementations, perform ad-hoc duties.
