Job summary

ANTlabs PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join the Finance team.

You will manage full-set accounts for assigned entities, prepare group consolidated accounts, and ensure timely financial reporting. The role collaborates with colleagues across Singapore, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka, requiring independence and sound accounting judgement. The ideal candidate has formal accounting qualifications, at least four years of hands-on experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• At least four years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
• Proven experience handling full-set accounts and month-end closing independently.
• Experience preparing consolidated accounts including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Experience accounting for invoices or contracts with multiple revenue/cost components.
• Ability to apply established accounting policies and schedules.
• ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts for assigned entities, incl. GL, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly management accounts.
