Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients across diverse industries, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial statements.

You will handle GST reconciliation, payroll (CPF), and tax filings, liaise with IRAS/ACRA, and guide junior staff while improving in-house processes. Based in Singapore, the role may involve client-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, or relevant professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with exposure to preparing full sets of accounts across various industries; or minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting firm preparing full sets of accounts.
• Experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, GST, payroll administration, and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements, including IRAS and ACRA compliance.
• Experience with CPF submissions, IR8A preparation, ECI filings, and corporate or personal tax filings.
• Experience using Xero is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare unaudited financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Handle GST reconciliation and e-filing submissions.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and annual IR8A filings.
• Prepare and submit ECI, corporate tax, and personal income tax filings.
• Liaise with clients on accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance matters.
• Support clients in strengthening and improving in-house accounting processes.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and compliance with IRAS and ACRA statutory requirements.
• Guide and support junior accounting team members.
• Perform duties at the office or client premises as required.
