Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Senior/Account Associate to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality accounting and financial reporting services. You will prepare full sets of accounts, financial reports, and statutory submissions while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

You will liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulators to ensure timely compliance and continuously improve workflows and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent) is an advantage.
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm or professional services.
Hands-on experience managing client portfolios and preparing financial statements.
Proficient in Xero, Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and be the main contact for accounting matters.
Prepare and review full sets of accounts, management reports, and financial statements.
Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and regulators for compliance.
Review records, resolve discrepancies, ensure SFRS compliance.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, provide guidance.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal controls.
