Job summary

NPE Print Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage finance operations including accounts payable, GST submissions, cash flow projections, and FX transactions.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate month-end stock reports, support financial analysis, and supervise daily Finance Department activities. Preferred candidate holds a Diploma in Business Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
• Internship experience considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable functions including bank letters of credit, trust receipts, and import financing transactions to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to collect and consolidate month-end stock closing reports for accurate financial records.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily operations of the Finance Department to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist the Finance Manager by analyzing financial data to support decision‑making and reporting.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections to forecast liquidity and support financial planning.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and liaise with banks to optimize currency dealings.
• Perform administrative duties to support finance operations and departmental needs.
