Job summary

ICHAM Pte Ltd, a licensed fund management company in Singapore, seeks a Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. You will manage account openings with financial institutions and support NAV reporting for funds, while assisting with GST returns, tax compliance, and audits.

The role requires professional accounting credentials and a relevant degree, with 2–3 years of audit experience preferred. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant designation (CPA/ISCA/ACCA) with finance/accountancy degree.
• 2–3 years of audit firm experience preferred.
• Experience in investment management or financial services advantageous.
• Proactive and eager to learn, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle account openings with financial institutions and liaise with them.
• Assist and report to Financial Controller and Senior Accountant on NAV reporting and fund management affairs.
• Prepare financial supporting documentation.
• Assist in GST returns, annual tax compliance and audits.
• Communicate with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries and bankers.

Education

Chartered Accountant designation (CPA/ISCA/ACCA) or equivalent

Finance or Accounting degree or professional qualification

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Account opening with various Financial Institutions (FIs), including liaising with and dealing with FIs
• To assist and report to Financial Controller and Senior Accountant on various financial relating matters including but not limited to Funds’ NAV reporting and Fund Management Company
• To prepare financial supporting documentations
• To assist in GST returns, annual tax compliance and annual audit related matters etc
• Communicating with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers etc

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CPA, ISCA, ACCA), Bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in finance or accountancy
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in an audit firm is preferred
• Prior experience within the investment management or financial services sectors is highly advantageous
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Good team player
