Job summary

ICHAM Pte Ltd, a licensed fund management company in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to assist in fund NAV reporting, GST returns, annual tax compliance, audits, and liaison with financial institutions.

The role reports to the Financial Controller/Senior Accountant and requires CPA/ACCA/ISCA, 2–3 years of audit firm experience, and a proactive team player attitude.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CPA, ISCA, ACCA), Bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in finance or accountancy
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in an audit firm is preferred
• Prior experience within the investment management or financial services sectors is highly advantageous
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Good team player

Responsibilities

• Account opening with various Financial Institutions (FIs), including liaising with and dealing with FIs
• To assist and report to Financial Controller and Senior Accountant on various financial relating matters including but not limited to Funds’ NAV reporting and Fund Management Company
• To prepare financial supporting documentations
• To assist in GST returns, annual tax compliance and annual audit related matters etc
• Communicating with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers etc
