Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting or LCCI qualification.
• At least 5 years of accounts experience.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management to prevent interruptions.
• Audit financial transactions and maintain document control.
• Prepare annual depreciation, GST submissions, and inventory stock takes.
• Liaise with government authorities, banks, and auditors.
• Handle petty cash reimbursements and bank deposits.
• Perform filing and other duties as assigned by management.
