Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd client is a professional services firm in Singapore delivering tax, accounting, and business consulting. The role focuses on financial due diligence, M&A support including valuation and PMI, month-end closing, and liaising with clients, auditors, and tax agents.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in audit or FDD, familiarity with SFRS, English proficient, Excel/Word basics, travel readiness; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualifications are highly preferred (not strictly mandatory, but strong capabilities in finance and tax)
• At least 3 years of experience in an audit firm or relevant experience handling FDD
• Familiar with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS)
• Proficient in English language; Japanese language proficiency is a Plus Point to liaise with Japanese clients (not essential)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for business trips to neighboring countries (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.) approximately once every 2-3 months
• A highly cooperative team player with excellent communication skills
• Independent, organized, and able to work harmoniously with colleagues

Their business encompasses a range of services, including cross-border business structuring, M&A advisory, regional expansion strategies, and transfer pricing matters, among others.

Compensation

• Working location: CBD, Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM
