BoardRoom Pte Ltd’s Senior Associate in Accounting and Tax is embedded within the CS team, supporting Annual Return filings and providing accounting advisory to CS clients. The role involves reviewing client financial statements, identifying issues, and collaborating with the Accounting and Tax Services team to develop opportunities.

The candidate will work closely with directors and CS managers, leveraging expertise in Singapore accounting standards and XBRL for ACRA filings, while contributing

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA Singapore or equivalent).
• Approximately three to five years of relevant experience in accounting, audit or financial reporting, preferably with a public accounting firm or professional/corporate services provider.
• Hands-on experience in preparing or reviewing statutory financial statements under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards; audit experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in preparing or reviewing XBRL financial statements for ACRA filing.
• Exposure to corporate secretarial work would be advantageous.
• Experience in client-facing advisory work or business development would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Review client financial statements for Annual Return filing for CS clients.
• Provide accounting advisory support on accounting and financial statement questions raised by CS team and clients.
• Identify and develop accounting service opportunities among BoardRoom’s CS clients with the Accounting and Tax Services team.
