Job summary

BDO Tax Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to support tax compliance and advisory work. You will learn from seniors and contribute to filing tax returns and related advisory tasks across corporate tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA.
• 1 to 2 years of experience for Senior Associate role.
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax laws.
• Portrays Good analytical skills and attention to details, responsible and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Ateam player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assistseniors inpreparing advice on tax considerations in corporate restructuring and financing, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, asset and project financing and disposals.
• Assists seniors inproviding tax and business advice on inbound and outbound investments and cross-border transaction.
• Assistseniorsin developing transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Providetax advice in tax consulting (including indirect taxes and compliance).
• Assistwith other taxadhocduties and projects assigned by Senior / Assistant Manager.
