GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage AR/AP functions and maintain complete accounting records. You will prepare monthly management accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.

The role requires strong GST and corporate tax knowledge, with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and experience in an MNC environment advantageous. Singapore-based position offering on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, GST requirements, and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Maintain a full set of accounts, including fixed assets records and reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly management accounts and financial reports within reporting deadlines.
• Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with tax agents to support accurate and timely corporate tax filings.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial and statutory audits.
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
