Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking an Accountant to manage general accounting, treasury, cash flow and balance sheet, plus management reporting and quarterly GST/corporate tax. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, maintain fixed asset registers and oversee inter-company balances.

We require a degree in accountancy with 3–5 years of full-set experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SAP or similar ERP; you will support month-end close, inter-company reconciliations and

Formación

Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy.
3–5 years experience in full-set accounting & reporting.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) and SAP or similar ERP.

Responsabilidades

General accounting including General Ledger up to Trial balance (including passing Journal Vouchers).
Preparation of Treasury package reporting and Cash Flow management.
Monthly preparation of Management report / Inventory report / Notes to the Accounts.
Quarterly preparation for Cash Flow statement / Balance Sheet.
Quarterly GST preparation.
Oversee Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable scope of work.
Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules.
Furnish information and liaise with Tax Agent for corporate tax preparation.
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
Reconciliation for inter-companies’ balances and obtain inter-companies’ confirmations during month-end closing.
