Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking an Accountant to manage general accounting, treasury, cash flow and balance sheet, plus management reporting and quarterly GST/corporate tax. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, maintain fixed asset registers and oversee inter-company balances.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy.
• 3–5 years experience in full-set accounting & reporting.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables) and SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• General accounting including General Ledger up to Trial balance (including passing Journal Vouchers).
• Preparation of Treasury package reporting and Cash Flow management.
• Monthly preparation of Management report / Inventory report / Notes to the Accounts.
• Quarterly preparation for Cash Flow statement / Balance Sheet.
• Quarterly GST preparation.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable scope of work.
• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules.
• Furnish information and liaise with Tax Agent for corporate tax preparation.
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
• Reconciliation for inter-companies’ balances and obtain inter-companies’ confirmations during month-end closing.

Profile

• Experience in SAP a plus or with other accounting software
• Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a “can do” attitude
