Job summary

Rosé Beauty Bar is seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance Executive to own the company’s accounts, clean up records, and set up proper accounting systems as the business scales. You will handle high transaction volumes across retail, service, e-commerce and livestream platforms, perform regular reconciliations, and generate monthly management reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting, finance or bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts or substantial responsibilities.
• Experience with high-volume retail/e-commerce transactions preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Able to review messy records and establish proper accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Full-time applicants only; relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Clean-Up & System Setup: review and tidy existing records; establish workflows, filing systems and processes.
• Ongoing Bookkeeping: record revenue, expenses, purchases, payments and refunds.
• Bank & Platform Reconciliation: reconcile banks and platform transactions across gateways and e-commerce/retail.
• Revenue & Expense Management: track revenue from salon services, livestream sales and online platforms; monitor costs.
• Retail & Platform Accounting: reconcile platform settlements and fees across Fresha, TikTok Shop, Shopee and others.
• Financial Reporting: prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Forecasting & Financial Analysis: prepare forecasts and provide insights for planning.
• Payroll & Statutory Support: assist with CPF submissions and payroll calculations.
• Costing & Management Accounts: assist with product/service costing and profitability analyses.
