Job summary

Circles is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing Finance team in Singapore. You will handle month-end and year-end closing using Oracle Fusion and manage the full set of accounts for assigned entities across multiple countries.

You will refine closing processes, improve day-to-day efficiency, and contribute to ad-hoc Group Finance projects. Collaboration with other units is essential, with focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 2 years of full set of accounts experience.
• Solid understanding of IFRS/SFRS.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and deadline orientation.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries (fixed assets, payroll, prepayments, provisions, accruals, etc.).
• Arrange monthly intercompany recharges, confirmations and settlements.
• Maintain fixed assets register and complete monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and GST/VAT/WHT reporting.
