MIRAGE FURNITURE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage its full set of accounts and oversee monthly closings in Singapore. You will review reports, prepare GST returns, coordinate with auditors, and ensure compliance across statutory requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years in accounting within the construction industry, strong knowledge of SFRS and GST, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. Independence and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience in construction.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Experience in full sets of accounts, audit, tax, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Manage full set of accounts and monthly closing activities with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Review financial reports and records prepared by overseas agencies.
• Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and respond to audit queries.
• Provide information to tax agents for annual tax filings and respond to queries.
• Liaise with corporate secretaries on annual returns and other matters.
• Coordinate with banks and legal advisors on finance-related matters.
• Review legal agreements from financial and commercial perspectives.
• Incorporate information into audited financial statements and oversee daily finance operations.
• Monitor intercompany balances and ensure accuracy across entities.
• Mentor junior finance staff and strengthen internal controls.
