Job summary

GS Engineering & Construction Corp. Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full set accounts, month-end reporting, GST/CIT submissions, and audit requests for construction projects.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, a degree or diploma in accounting, and familiarity with in-house systems to process payments, vendor data, and audit requests. This position is based in Singapore and offers full-time employment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• Min. 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in Construction Accounting prefer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set accounts and month end financial reporting
• Prepare bank reconciliation reports
• Prepare GST / CIT submission
• Prepare audit accounts internal and external requests (e.g. tax, internal audit, external audit, etc)
• Processing online payment and manual payment
• Checking bank information of vendor/supplier in in-house system
• Handling and filing of documents related to financial transaction
• Handling invoices and data entry into accounting system
• Maintaining and keeping proper records of documents
• Coordinate and support the preparation and filing of TPD, Pillar Two and other international tax compliance requirements
• Support all duties assigned by reporting Manager.
