Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, seeks a finance professional to lead Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes, oversee intercompany transactions, and deliver accurate financial reporting for Singapore operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance with 5+ years in financial management, SAP/S4HANA proficiency, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Onsite in Singapore with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management with strong exposure to O2C and P2P processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA and Microsoft Excel; experience with financial reporting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee O2C and P2P processes with the shared service provider to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, board materials, and oversee intercompany transactions, capital projects, GST reporting, treasury, and statutory reporting.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, perform sales reconciliations, analyze aged balances, and drive timely cash collection through root cause analysis.
  • Strengthen financial controls by supporting internal and external audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance, support budgeting and special projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of accounting standards and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
