Job summary

LinkedCorp HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts, generate financial statements, and prepare sales reports. The role includes bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, AR control, and timely payments to suppliers.

The candidate will file quarterly GST submissions, support audits, and handle customer requests for tax invoices. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is required; Navision knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Must manage full set of accounts and generate financial statements and sales reports.
• Experience in debt collection and AR control is required.
• GST filing and audit support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
• Handle petty cash and process cash payments.
• Manage debt collection and AR operations.
• Process payments to term suppliers and vendors.
• File quarterly GST submissions and coordinate with auditors.
• Handle and respond to customer requests for tax invoices and DOs.
• Assist department head with ad hoc duties as needed.

• Able to do full set of accounts and generate FS, Sales reports
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions
• Handle petty cash and process cash payments
• Debt collection and AR controller function
• Process payments to term suppliers and vendors
• File quarterly GST submission
• Handle audit matters
• Follow up on customers’ requests like sending copies of Tax Invoices, DO’s, etc.
• Filing and assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned by department head

Requires basic knowledge in Outlook/ Microsoft Word/ Excel

Knowledge in using Navision software is an advantage
