Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks an Ansible Automation Platform & AIOps Developer to design, build, and operate intelligent automation and observability solutions on the Ansible Automation Platform.

You will develop Ansible content, govern platform standards, and apply AIOps techniques to drive proactive incident prevention and self-healing operations across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Ansible experience including playbooks, roles, modules and templates.
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)—job/workflow templates and inventories is a plus.
• Python and LangGraph scripting for AIOps and automation.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for automation delivery.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field required at least for entry.
• Familiarity with operational resilience and regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ansible content for provisioning, configuration and remediation.
• Govern and operate the Ansible Platform, including inventories, environments and hygiene.
• Design Event-Driven Automation (EDA) rulebooks for self-healing responses.
• Develop agentic AI workflows to automate operations and remediation.
