Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) Engineer to design, implement, operate, and enhance enterprise automation at scale.

You will work on AAP implementation, platform administration, automation development, and CI/CD integration, with a focus on IaC and production support. The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms beyond simple configuration management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, administering and supporting Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Strong enterprise automation background with IaC, CI/CD integration, and production operations.
• Experience across platform engineering, automation development, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate and enhance enterprise automation on AAP.
• Manage AAP components: Projects, Inventories, Credentials, Job Templates, Workflows.
• Develop reusable Ansible artifacts (Playbooks, Roles, Inventories).
• Integrate AAP with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines; apply IaC principles.
• Provide production support, upgrades, testing, and incident management.
