Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide seeks a Senior 3D Designer to lead the visual direction of projects from ideation through completion across 3D experiential design. This role reports to the Design Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams and production to realize bold brand experiences.

You will translate concepts into high-quality renders, present visuals to clients, and stay ahead of industry trends to continually elevate the quality of our experiential work.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in an event-based industry design house.
• Strong design skills backed up by software knowledge (CAD and 3D software).
• Knowledge in SketchUp and/or Cinema4D is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into high-quality 3D renders and visualisations that communicate the design intent.
• Present design concepts and visuals to clients with confidence to sell the creative vision.
• Collaborate with production to ensure designs are buildable, on budget, and on schedule.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate visual outputs.

As a Senior 3D Designer — and a future star at Jack — your task is to lead the visual direction of projects from ideation through to completion across 3D experiential design. This role reports directly to the Design Director.

Whatyou’llbedoing :

• Translate creative concepts intohigh-quality 3Drendersand visualisationsthat clearly communicate the design intent and elevate the overall creative idea.
• Ensure all3Drendersoutputs areaesthetically refined,detailedand aligned with the creative concept, helping clients clearly visualise thebrandexperience.
• Contribute actively tocreative ideas and problem-solving. While working closely with thecreative team to ensure ideas and visual language remain cohesive, on brand and aligned with thecreativeconcept.
• Present design concepts and visualisations to clients with confidence, using strongrendersand compelling visuals to effectively communicate andsell the creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with the production teamto ensure designs areofhigh quality, buildable and aligned with budget and timeline, whilemaintainingthe integrity of the creative concept.
• Stay ahead of industry trends andemergingtechnologies, actively integrating relevant innovations into the design process to continually elevate the quality and impact of visual outputs.
• Contribute toteam culture and uphold Jack Morton values, fostering collaboration and a positive creative environment.

Thepersonwearelookingfor,wouldideallyhave :

• 6-8years of experiencein anevent-basedindustrydesign house
• Excellent design skills backed up by software knowledge.You’rea guru in CAD and Autodesk 3ds Max. Knowledge in SketchUp and/or Cinema4D is a plus
• Strong aesthetic sense with an intuitive and informed understanding of what makesa truly greatmarketing and brandexperience.
• Hands-on willingness, involving in all stages of the creative process: ideation to creative presentation to project execution.
• Experience in working with in-house and freelance design resources.
• Demonstrated ability to input and voice your point of view
• Good organisational skills and excellent communications skill, fluent in spoken and written English
