MODELLSCAPE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a 3D Designer, Creative Catalyst for events, exhibitions, and conferences in Singapore.

The role focuses on developing 2D design concepts, supporting senior designers, and collaborating with the project sales team to shape compelling proposals. The candidate should have a Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Communications and 1–2 years’ event industry experience, with strong storytelling and design mastery.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the event industry
• Highly proficient in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and reasonable fluency in Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc.).
• Strong in creative storytelling and design mastery
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and self motivated
• Fast learner with can-do attitude
• Ability to manage tight deadline and concurrent running projects

Responsibilities

• Develop, research and conceptualise 2D design proposals
• Assist senior designer in creating captivating visuals and proposal
• Work closely with the project sales team in understanding the project requirement and conceptualise ideals for the proposal
• Play an active role in contributing creative ideas
• Attend client meeting and internal briefing related to the project
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on schedule.
