Job summary

Advanced Thermal Sciences Corporation seeks a Technical Sales & Business Development professional to promote precision chillers to semiconductor OEMs, fabs, and OSATs, and to identify new business opportunities while building key accounts.

You will collaborate with engineering teams on solutions, prepare technical proposals, deliver product briefings, and provide on-site plus remote support. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is preferred for regional support, and travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, chillers, HVAC, or similar industries preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell precision chillers to semiconductor OEMs, fabs, and OSATs
• Identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations based on application needs
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams on solutions and customization
• Deliver product presentations, training, and technical briefings
• Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business
• Installation, Service & Technical Support
• Perform or coordinate installation, commissioning, and site acceptance
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, and performance verification
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including on-call support
• Support warranty cases and recommend spare parts.
