Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on engineer to assist engineering teams by setting up and maintaining test equipment for production and development. The role involves handling ATE, probers, ThermoStream, and related tooling, with a focus on reliability and quality of testing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electronics or related field and proven experience with semiconductor test equipment, HTOL activities, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electronics/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ATE testers and semiconductor test equipment.
• Hands-on experience with handlers, probers, ThermoStream testing equipment or bench test equipment.
• Experience supporting HTOL activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams with setting up test equipment for engineering and production.
• Maintain and support test and backend equipment, including bench testers, ATE, handlers, ThermoStream, ICOS, and laser marking equipment.
• Perform test program correlation and reject verification.
• Prepare test hardware for remote testing, load test programs, and perform sanity checks.
• Carry out product characterization and sample screening as requested by the engineering team.
• Support HTOL-related activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
