KLA-TENCOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to perform setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies. You will determine test specs from blueprints and diagrams and document findings with technical reports.

Experience with semiconductor equipment and optics alignment is advantageous; strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and teamwork are essential. Shift work and cleanroom environment familiarity are required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Ability to read technical drawings and procedures.
Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment.
Experience with optics alignment is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork and people skills.
Comfortable working in shifts and cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

Performs setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems; may rework as needed.
Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
May assist in selection and setup of specialized test equipment.
