Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a high-volume, automated cleanroom.

You will execute production plans, monitor process performance, ensure equipment readiness, and escalate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will work closely with Manufacturing and Process Engineers and cross-functional partners to achieve targets, maintain operational discipline, and drive continuous improvement

Formación

• Verbal and written communication in English is essential.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow structured work instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency with computer-based systems for daily tasks, data entry and reporting.
• Prior semiconductor/high-volume production experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety, quality systems, and cleanroom protocols.
• Execute daily production activities according to plans and SOPs.
• Monitor production flow, cycle times, and WIP to support on-time delivery.
• Perform routine checks to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready.
• Escalate production issues to engineers or shift leads in a timely manner.
• Operate multiple machines in a highly automated cleanroom environment.
• Support basic equipment operations, changeovers and checks per procedures.
• Record abnormalities and deviations to ensure traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data collection for engineering.
